Brittany Smith

Brittany Smith has been working in the laboratory setting since 2015 and joined Mason Health in October 2019. She started in the medical field as a phlebotomist and continued her dedication to patient care by obtaining her Associate’s in Medical Laboratory Science. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, she performs patient laboratory testing. She is studying for her Bachelor's degree within the same field of laboratory science. In 2020, Mason General Hospital Foundation's Auxiliary awarded her with a scholarship to pursue her studies.

Smith has "an amazing 5-year-old son, a very loving boyfriend, and three cats." She enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, hunting and pyrography.
