Arla Shephard Bull

Arla Shephard Bull joined the Mason Health Development Team in 2019. She came to the organization as an award-winning journalist with more than 12 years of experience in the field of journalism, with prior publication at The Seattle Times, Washingtonian Magazine, Seattle Weekly, High Country News, the Shelton-Mason County Journal and Belfair Herald and most recently The Kitsap Sun. In 2018, she was named the North Mason Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year.

Arla is also a published creative non-fiction writer and poet and enjoys traveling the world (when it is safe) with her husband, Garrett, son, Hendrix, and dog, Sasha.
